Rutland Morris Dancers were Established in 1996 by our troupe principles Diane Morson and Dianne Spencer. We were mainly based around the smithdown road area and practiced in a small church at the bottom of a road which had a very important name Rutland street. Since starting 13 years ago we have relocated to the Anfield area which most of our girls come from. Rutland have got an excellent reputation in various organisations winning endless competitions and championships. We pride our troupe on being the best that we can be, Making the most of everything and never having any regrets because things that have happened in the past have made us the troupe we are today and i for one would not change it for the world.
I would also like to take this oppurtunity to thank our Principle and trainers for everthing they do and have done for us none of it would be possible without you ! and also a thank you to all the mums, nans, aunties who support us every week, and last but not least all the dancers who make it all worth while :)
We are now embarking on our 13th Year of Rutland unlucky number for some, i think its going to be one of the best !!!
